Employer responsibilities and business-law services are the strong know-how of our business at all stages of our employment and business life cycle.
We will, if necessary, deal with legal recruitment, contract preparation, changes and termination contracts for employment.
We deal with litigation and criminal proceedings in relation to employment matters in all matters relating to labor law.
We will create executive contracts for the company as well as contracts for non-employment (self-employed and self-employed) contracts. We handle negotiations and disputes over executives and other situations.
Our office is specifically for the legal services of the supervisors for the SME sector, which also carries out the obligations of the occupational safety and health law. Training can also be built in such a way as to cover the responsibilities of senior management and the responsibilities of the supervisor.
