Mikko Mäenpää specializes in labor law and human resource management issues and dispute resolution. He has advised small and large companies in various personnel disputes and problems, as well as planning and implementing measures. Businesses, individuals and organizations can turn to him.
Mikko has worked as a lawyer for corporate human resources management. He has also worked in the labor market organization, whereby he has extensive expertise in collective bargaining. Mikko has gone through various stages in her career as a trainer in corporate events and in various open education. He has been litigating in both the General Courts and the Labor Court.
In addition to its insurance company background, Mikko’s competence area also includes insurance and damages issues. In addition, he is acquainted with home sales, corporate law issues, and rental business premises.
