We handle business restructuring and bankruptcy issues. We also provide our services to creditors in order to assert their interests in insolvency proceedings.

Business activity is an essential part of the risk that the company may face such major financial difficulties that the company’s board of directors / company owners have to consider corporate restructuring or even filing for bankruptcy. Before such measures, it is often appropriate to find out the possibility of voluntary debt restructuring. Our services also cover this phase.

We also deal with the liquidation procedures of companies, which is one of the ways of discharging a limited liability company as defined by the Limited Liability Companies Act.

As part of the insolvency proceedings, we also deal with frequently related litigation, return claims and liability issues in the sub-key law.
